A Bit of Christmas Whispering~

On Jude Hill's blog she is sharing a very special holiday present with us.  She's been building a couple of Christmas cloths and she's sharing her progress by way of PDF files and video's (Free!).  What a treat!  If you've never taken a class from her this is an excellent chance to see what a wonderful teacher she is.  So, in between making hand-crafted gifts and catching up on some obligations, I've been trying my hand at a couple of holiday cloths.  I'm almost done with one and have a couple more laid out and ready to stitch.  It's a lot of fun.  Go on over to Jude's blog and play along!!!  If you click on the Title of this post it will take you to Jude's blog!

Debi, I love your reds on blues and your moon topping the littlest tree. This is a case where ms. red says happy, happy, joy instead of rush, rush, shop!

And my favorite girl, Sarah M., just started singing.

Thank you!

These are wonderful Debi. I especially love the dotted trunks and the stitching around it!

I love what you have done with Jude's class. These look so happy, just like a holiday cloth should look. Happy holidays to you.

what fun! makes me want to set the midwinter long cloth aside for a moment or two and work on a festive holiday tree of my own! i'll have to dig around in the job box on the truck and see what scraps are hiding in there that might work (i know, most men have tools and cr*p in their job boxes...i have scraps of fabric, old clothes, thread bundles and needles...hahahaha).
